How to become an IT One Member from online?
Simply look for the “Account” button, click on it and it’ll bring you to the Sign Up page. Fill in your details accordingly and click “Register”.

I forgot my password, what should I do?
You may go to ''Account'' and click ''Forgot Your Password'' https://www.itone.com.my. After that, enter your ''Email Address'' and click ''Reset My Password'' https://www.itone.com.my/customer/account/forgotpassword/. Then you will be receiving an email notification regarding your reset password.

How do I change my information in my account?
First, you may go to ''Account'', enter your email address and password https://www.itone.com.my. Then go to ''Account Information'' and you may change your details by selecting ''Change Email'' or ''Change Password'' https://www.itone.com.my/customer/account/edit/.

BUYING

How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select the product(s) you'd like to purchase and add them to cart. Then fill in your delivery details if you've never shopped with us before, and proceed to checkout.

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent upon completed payment.

I have ordered and completed payment. What should I do next?
Your order will be processed and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order is being delivered should you opt for delivery. For store pick up option, just wait for a notification from our side that informs you when your order is ready for pick up.

What are my payment option?
Online purchases are made easy and secure with a selection of payment options, including credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and online transfer. Unfortunately, at present, we cannot accept gift vouchers or store credit for online purchases.

Is buying online safe?
Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode protect your transactions when you're shopping online. Register for either of these free services and your purchases are guarded using your own personal password, which acts the same way as using your PIN or signature when you buy an item over-the-counter in a store. This verifies your identity when making your online purchase, ensuring payment is safe and secure. Any personal information you disclose to us is handled with the strictest confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In addition, we provide after-sales support with a large network of Harvey Norman stores nationwide.

What is “CVV”
On MasterCard or Visa the CVV is the last 3 digits on the back of the card.

How much do I have to pay to have my online purchase delivered? A delivery fee will be charged based on the product type and weight for your online order.

We use local couriers (Gdex) to facilitate the delivery of our small items' deliveries. We are unable to deliver on Sundays, Public Holidays, or at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc). Delivery fee is not inclusive of any additional costs such as installation or 3rd party fees. Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods, there will be no refund of delivery fees. Should the delivery need to be rescheduled, additional delivery charges will apply.

Do I have to be home to receive items?

Yes. All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person, or if you have not received them within a reasonable period, please Contact Us.

How do I track my order online?

As an IT One Online member, you can log in and check on the status of your order online via My Account.

To register as a member, go to Create An Account and follow the instructions.

Will my order, which includes a few items, be delivered in one box?

On occasions, when a number of items are purchased in a single order, they may be sorted into separate boxes and arrive with different deliveries. Therefore, all of the items in your order might not be delivered on the same day.

What happens if I’m not at home to receive my purchased items?

If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery slip with further instructions will be left in your letterbox.

What if I receive a damaged parcel, the wrong items, or don’t receive my order at all?

If you believe there is damage to the products you've ordered, the incorrect items have been delivered, or your order hasn't arrived within the specified time frame, please Contact Us.

Can I order online and pick up my order in-store?

When buying online, you have the option to pick up your order from IT One store. It's quick, convenient and free.

  1. During checkout, select "Pick up in-store (FREE)" and select your preferred store.
  2. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order confirmation number (this is usually sent out within 2 hours).
  3. Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email when it is ready for collection.
  4. Bring your order confirmation number to the store you selected for pick up, along with NRIC, and the credit card you used to place orders.
  5. Speak to someone from our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

CANCELLATIONS/WARRANTY/REFUNDS

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you'll need to sign in and click into your "Order History", then search for the order you'd like to cancel.

What can I do if I have problem with my new items?

If you are unhappy with the condition or performance of your new items, please contact our IT One store for further assistance. You can look up the contact details and opening hours of your nearest store by using our Store Finder.
